What Cashbackie is
Cashbackie is a free cashback service. We don't sell any goods or services ourselves, but refer you to partner shops through affiliate links. If you make a valid purchase there, the shop pays us a commission through an affiliate network (such as Awin), and we pass part of it on to you as cashback. Every contract of sale is between you and the shop, on the shop's terms. How we select and order the shops is explained on the page How we rank shops.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we are happy to look for a solution with you. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution provider. You can also contact the consumer protection office of your state attorney general, or report a problem to the Federal Trade Commission (ReportFraud.ftc.gov).
