Can I use a voucher code as well as cashback?

Yes, but only codes that are on our own site. A code you find elsewhere cancels the cashback at many shops.

Why that is

At many shops the voucher code itself shows which site the purchase came through. If you use a code from another site, the purchase is credited to that site and not to us. The shop only pays once, and then there is nothing left for your cashback.

In practice

• Use the codes listed for the shop on our site.
• If we don't have a code, ordering without one is almost always better than using a code from elsewhere: your cashback is safe, and codes from elsewhere have often expired anyway.
• Gift cards are not the same as a voucher code. At many shops you lose the cashback if you pay with a gift card. This is listed under the exclusions on the shop page.
