Does cashback work in the shop's app?

Usually not. If you click through on our site and the shop then opens its own app, the link to your click gets lost on the way, and you don't get cashback.

What works

Complete your order in your browser, in the same tab in which you arrived at the shop. If you're asked to open the app, choose the option to continue in the browser.

On your phone it helps to close that shop's app for a while before you click through. Some apps automatically take over the link as soon as they are installed.

It differs per shop

Some shops also reward purchases in the app, and a few only reward purchases in the app. If so, you'll find it on the shop page under the conditions. If nothing is listed there, assume that only purchases in the browser count.
